El Gordito Fit is a café inside Avenue HQ in Leeds. Every weekday we cook three fresh dishes, always including a vegan option, and serve each one in two sizes: Cutting for a lighter, controlled portion and Bulking for a bigger plate. You pick the dish and the goal. We do the cooking.
We started EGF because lunch at work too often means a supermarket meal deal. We wanted proper home-style food, with Colombian and Spanish flavours, that fits the way you train and eat.
